1. Purpose of the Service

Inaro is a private community platform designed to facilitate discussions, thematic Salons, member interactions, and community organization. It enables members to publish posts and stories, communicate through private messaging and dedicated Salons, book calls and appointments, and access exclusive spaces.

2. Registration and Account Security

To use Inaro, you must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration.

3. Code of Conduct & Moderation (EULA)

By publishing or interacting on Inaro, you strictly agree to abide by the following standards:

• Demonstrate courtesy, kindness, and mutual respect toward all members.
• Do not post any unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing content.
• Do not use the platform for spam, automated scraping, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against abusive behavior and inappropriate content. Any user can report offensive content or block an abusive member directly from the application. Our team reviews all reports within 24 business hours and reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any offending account.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Inaro application and website (software, texts, graphics, logos, and user interfaces) are the exclusive property of Inaro or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Inaro provides software tools for communication, organization, and community operations. Inaro cannot be held liable for the content of individual member interactions or transactions conducted independently between members. Each member remains solely responsible for their conduct and publications.
