Welcome to the Inaro mobile application. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Service

Inaro is a digital platform facilitating local mutual aid and solidarity. It allows users to post small help ads (free or under mutually agreed conditions) and to communicate via an integrated messaging system.

2. Registration and Security

To use Inaro, you must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.

3. Code of Conduct and Moderation (EULA)

By posting on Inaro, you agree to comply with the following rules under this End User License Agreement (EULA):

• Show kindness, respect, and politeness towards other users.
• Do not publish illegal, offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, objectionable, or harassing content.
• Do not use the platform for spamming or unsolicited aggressive commercial solicitation.

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against abusive behavior and objectionable content. There is no tolerance for users who violate these rules.

Users can report any objectionable content or block abusive users directly in the application. Reported content and behaviors are reviewed by our moderation team, and we commit to act on reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and/or suspending or permanently banning the account of the user who provided the content.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the application (texts, graphics, software, logos, designs) are the exclusive property of Inaro or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Inaro is a matchmaking tool. We cannot be held responsible for the quality, compliance, or outcome of the aid provided between users. Each user is fully responsible for their actions and any mutually agreed arrangements.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these terms at any time to adapt to regulatory changes or updates to our application. Users will be informed in the event of a major modification.
